Nervixol customer service — order tracking, refunds, cancellations and billing — is handled by the official seller, not by this site. This page explains which questions go where, and how to reach the editors of this independent guide.
Anything attached to a purchase is handled by the store that took your payment. That store holds your order number, your shipping status and your card details; we hold none of them. If you need to track a shipment, change an address, cancel an order or ask about a charge on your statement, contact the seller through the official store — the same checkout you bought from — and quote the order number on your confirmation email.

The 60-day money-back guarantee is the seller’s, and refund requests are processed by the seller. Start the request from the store where the purchase was completed, within 60 days of the order date, with your order number to hand. We cannot approve, speed up or refuse a refund, and we never see the money — but if you cannot get a reply from the seller, tell us and we will say so plainly on this page.
Write to us about the writing itself: a fact you think we got wrong, a study you think we misread, an ingredient you would like explained, or a correction to a page. This is an independent guide, so editorial mail is the mail we can actually act on.

We read everything and aim to reply within a few business days. We do not publish a phone number, because we do not run a phone line — and a number we could not answer would be worse than none.
We are not clinicians and cannot advise on symptoms, doses, drug interactions or whether a supplement is right for you. If numbness, tingling, burning or weakness is new, worsening, or affecting one side of your body only, please see a doctor rather than emailing us — those patterns can point to diabetes, a compressed nerve, a B12 deficiency or a medication side effect, and they need proper testing. Nervixol is a dietary supplement, not a treatment for neuropathy or any nerve condition.
